How do I order items?
Browse for the items you would like to order. When you find a product that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including the availability and price.
If you want to order an item, click the 'Add to Cart' button on the item's product detail page. Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. When you're ready to place an order, click the 'checkout' button. You will be taken to PayPal, our credit/debit card payment processor.
How much will P&P cost?
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail we deliver to the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.
- UK £6.00 for a short dress next day guaranteed delivery.
- UK £9.00 for a long dress next day guaranteed delivery.
- UK £1.50 first class for face masks
- UK £2.95 for standard deliver or £4.95 for next day guaranteed delivery for all other items.
Please note next day deliveries will require a signature on receipt.
Next working day delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and following post codes: IV, HS. KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78. PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25. All the above postcodes and areas will take up to 3 days to deliver and require a receipt.
EUROPE/INTERNATIONAL
Prices will vary depending on weight and delivery times and areas, please contact us for an accurate costing. IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Any additional charges for custom clearance that may occur must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges should they occur and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from Country to Country.
All items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, (please note Saturday is not a working day) although in certain circumstances (for example if an item you have ordered is out of stock and we are waiting for new supplies) you should allow approximately 10 days for delivery) if we can't dispatch your order immediately we will always contact you to confirm dispatch dates.
How do I return items?
To make a return, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, where upon an authorisation No. will be given.

To qualify for a refund we must receive the item back within 10 days of dispatch in their original condition and with any enclosed documentation. Any items received after this time will not qualify for a refund.
All items returned must be in their original condition with tags in place. No garments with any deodorant, stains or odours will not be accepted. Upon inspection and approval we will issue a prompt refund.
Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your Order Confirmation).
Please remember to write the authorisation number on the outside of package and on the copy of the invoice that was sent with the order.
Returned items without an authorisation No. will not be accepted. Please note if you return an item outside the 10 days we cannot refund you for the returned item and it will be sent back to you.
You can reuse the packaging in which the item has been sent, as long as any old postage or address labels are covered or crossed out.
Postage charges are non refundable.
We recommend you send your return recorded delivery, and insure you parcel. D’lacey are not responsible for items lost by the delivery services in the return process. Customers are responsible for all postage cost for returned items.
Can I exchange an item I purchased?
If you would like to exchange an item for another size etc, please ring to make sure we have the item in stock and we can give you an authorisation No. we will inspect the item on receipt before we can make the exchange. Please make sure the tags are in place.
